“This course is a perfect mix of water-efficiency, diverse play and natural beauty,” says Ryan Stemsrud, General Manager of Shadow Hills. “A par-3 layout is much friendlier and less time consuming than a full-length course, especially for new golfers.”

The North Course debut comes just after the opening of 10 new model homes and a host of new amenities at Sun City Shadow Hills. The new 15,700-square-foot Santa Rosa Clubhouse contains the North Course pro shop. The course is pending an official rating by the Southern California Golf Association.
As with the 18-hole, championship South Course at Shadow Hills, BCG will manage all aspects of the North Course’s operation. This includes golf-course and property maintenance, staffing and training, clubhouse operations, merchandising, golf instruction, marketing and public relations, special events and financial management.
